Solar charger flashlight for phones, mp3 & some androids in Falls Church, Virginia For Sale

I am selling this because it won't charge my LG Optimus G, reason for purchase.
Tried on other Android phones and older phones with same charging input and functions.
Solar chargers do not charge as fast as outlet chargers becasue of that it may seem that it does not work, it does work.
This solar charge may also be charged via usb and outlet or solar obviously. Strong light is required and charger will light up red to show it charging.
Charging does take up to 8hrs on strong light to fully charge solar charger then charge devices.
